All about Sarah
I am a Senior Accountant in the Superannuation Division at William Buck Business Advisors and Chartered Accountants in Adelaide. I have been working in the Superannuation Industry for 10 years and have served on the organising committee for the Mothers Day Classic since inception of the event in Adelaide.
Serving on the organising committee has allowed me to meet some fantastic people, and renew my interest in running while raising money for a great cause.
Apart from working, my weeks are filled up:
- Undertaking the Chartered Accountants program
- Cycling to work
- Skippering an International 505 sailing dinghy with my partner
Aim for the Event
This year I am going to compete in the 8 km event (with a reasonable time, I need to get off the bike and into my running shoes)
and
Encourage friends to go running with me and use the Mothers Day Classic as a goal to increase their fitness levels and raising money at the same time.
I can’t wait for the cold autumn mornings to go running with my border collie Jess!
