Lindsay Mullins is now in to preparation for his 5th Mothers Day Classic, and along with his kids will be aiming to raise up to $10000 to meet the 10th anniversary of Melbourne’s MDC fun runs.
In June 2003, Lindsay’s wife Filomena passed away after a 3 year battle with Breast Cancer, and he is determined to raise funds for research, and general awareness, of breast cancer.
In 2005 and 2006 Lindsay has been the highest individual fundraiser in Australia, and is looking for some healthy competition to raise the stakes whilst raising more money for the ongoing research.
His children James 11 y.o.and Katharine 8 y.o will be joining him again this year as they run, with family and friends, around Melbourne’s Royal Botanical Gardens.”
